What is Stormwater Passport?
Stormwater Passport is a permanent digital record for privately owned stormwater infrastructure. It connects physical assets with requirements, inspections, maintenance, evidence, documents, defects, repairs and responsible parties.
Is this general asset-management software?
No. Stormwater Passport is deliberately focused on private stormwater infrastructure and the connected property history around that infrastructure.
Who is it designed for?
Commercial and industrial property owners, property and facilities managers, stormwater contractors, and organisations inheriting responsibility for existing private stormwater systems.
Do I need special QR or NFC tags?
No specific tag manufacturer is required by the software. QR access is supported today. Any physical tagging approach should suit the asset, environment and organisation’s own requirements.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. The current mobile web experience supports field access, including opening tagged asset records and recording operational work.
Is there a mobile app?
A dedicated mobile app is in development. No release date or offline capability is being promised at this stage.
Does Stormwater Passport determine legal compliance?
No. It records infrastructure, source requirements, work and evidence. It does not replace professional advice, consent interpretation or regulatory decisions.
What happens if I cancel?
Existing organisation records remain available read-only rather than being deleted merely because a subscription ends. An active subscription is required to resume creation and operational updates.
Can contractors and property managers work with the same record?
Yes, where they have appropriate organisation or property access. Their work remains connected to the property and infrastructure record.
Can I try it before paying?
