Owners and property teams
Individual commercial properties, body corporates, developers, facilities managers and portfolio organisations can retain the asset and maintenance context they inherit.
PRIVATE STORMWATER INFRASTRUCTURE

THE PRACTICAL DEFINITION
A stormwater asset register is a structured record of the stormwater systems and individual assets associated with a property or portfolio. It gives each asset an identifiable place in the property record, including its type, location, lifecycle status and available technical information.
A useful register also helps people find the operational records surrounding that asset. That can include source manuals and plans, recorded maintenance requirements, inspection and service history, evidence, defects, repairs and current responsibility.
The register records the information available to the responsible organisation. It does not determine legal compliance, replace engineering advice or interpret consent conditions.
MORE THAN A STATIC ASSET LIST
A spreadsheet can list an asset ID, type and location. Stormwater Passport preserves the relationships around that asset so the next person can understand both the infrastructure and its available history.
A stable code, type and lifecycle record.
Written location plus Map + Site Context where recorded.
Manuals, plans and exact document versions.
Recorded work requirements and recurring occurrences.
Inspections, service actions, defects and repairs.
Photographs and files attached to the relevant event.
Completed activity remains attributable over time.
Access and responsibility can change without losing the record.
REAL PRODUCT CAPABILITY
Stormwater Passport is specialised in privately owned stormwater infrastructure. It is not a generic building asset-management platform.
See how the complete record worksKeep written locations with optional property and asset positioning, site-context photographs and relevant source plans.
Link documents to the property, system, asset or requirement while preserving exact document-version relationships.
Record the source of maintenance requirements, recurring occurrences and completed inspection outcomes.
Keep service actions, evidence, defects and repair attempts connected to the affected infrastructure.
Use a controlled physical tag link to open the relevant field record and authorised workflow from a phone.
Retain completed activity, reports, access and responsibility history as people and organisations change.
WHO USES THE REGISTER
Individual commercial properties, body corporates, developers, facilities managers and portfolio organisations can retain the asset and maintenance context they inherit.
Authorised contractors and field technicians can identify the correct asset and contribute inspection, service, evidence, defect and repair records.
Consultants and other permitted organisations can work from the same property-specific record without turning access or responsibility into ownership of the history.
SEE THE RECORD IN CONTEXT
The guided demo uses deterministic fictional information and does not access customer records.
